A fire department – and especially its employees – can be difficult to change. With an ambition to improve the good cooperation, involve everyone in the design of the future organization and create psychological security in everyday life, Jesper has been the key to our success. During the 9 months the project ran, it was Jesper’s ability to create structure, facilitate and, not least, challenge me, that made us achieve what we did.

I recently completed the Advanced Facilitation Training, which proved to be both challenging and diverse. The course covered a wide range of scenarios and provided valuable insights on how to navigate, lead, and influence within a complex stakeholder environment. One of the most impactful tools I learned from the training is the “Bargaining Plan.” This tool has significantly enhanced my ability to prepare for negotiations with stakeholders who have varying interests. When combined with the course’s comprehensive negotiation training, I have found it to be highly effective in aligning stakeholders and fostering solution-oriented thinking. I highly recommend both the Advanced Facilitation Training and the Bargaining Plan tool.
