My name is Jesper Toft, I am an independent advisor at C level for leadership and organizational development. 

I hold 20 years plus of experience in the field. From my early days as responsible for the global leadership development in TDC, as director of solutions at Workz, Chiefadvisor at CfL (Center for Ledelse DK.), and as a preferred provider for Novo Nordisk.

For Novo Nordisk I have been delivering the Advanced Facilitation Training for some years now. In doing so I help organization gain speed of execution, align on and with the strategy and collaborate through the use of the common facilitation toolbox.

I have built and delivered the strategic leadership development for a large Danish service provider, where we aligned on the strategy for the next six months and worked with all 50+ managers on the strategy implementation.

Some time ago I developed and delivered the ISS Service Manager program, which is an introduction to leadership for ISS leaders running over 11 training days and has been going for 10+ years with.
